Tara Bertoniere

As a real estate agent with Keller Williams, Tara can help customers in the Greater New Orleans area with any real estate need involving selling, buying, or investing in real estate. Tara's extensive training with Keller Williams and mentoring by one of the top-producing real estate agents in the area has prepared her  to meet and exceed the needs of her clients. 

Tara graduated from LSU with a Bachelors in Interior Design and has praticed design for several firms over the last 10 years.  Before starting her career as a realtor, she was a kitchen designer/salesperson in Metairie.  Tara has enjoyed making her customer’s kitchen dreams come true for the past 6 years. She plans on continuing kitchen design, but now hopes to make her real estate client’s dreams come true as well by adding real estate sales to her everyday life.  

Tara has always had a love for property throughout the New Orleans area mainly because of her educational background in interior design and architecture. Her design background gives her the opportunity to help buyers see past many aesthetic obstacles and offer answers or advise they may not think of on their own. While working with sellers, and preparing their property to be listed, Tara can help stage any home to attract the best buyer possible.
  

Tara wants clients to think of her as their personal real estate consultant. She chooses to expand her services to bring more value and benefits to her customers and those they care about, such as family and friends. She wants to maintain a long-term consultative relationship with her clients like the one they have with their doctor, dentist and financial planner. She wants them to think of her as a resource; and in this changing market, she wants to be a source of information for them and anyone they refer to her.

Think about it – people have professionals in every area of their life that provide them with good services on a long-term basis, people like their financial advisor, accountant, lawyer, doctor or trusted mechanic. Why do so many people look at buying or selling a house as a short-term relationship? When you consider that for most people, buying a home is a big event, why do they settle for a real estate agent they don’t know and trust?

Tara wants clients to think of her as their “Real Estate Consultant for Life.” 

Tara was born and raised in the New Orleans and now resides in Metairie with her husband and children.  She has two small children, a 5 year old son who attends Pre-K at St. Ann School in Metairie and a 18 month old daughter.  Her hobbies include painting, playing volleyball, gardening, bike riding, and physical fitness.
